Here's my thought for the day: anyone who hasn't looked into the life of Dr. Kevorkian beyond surface news reports should do so.
Today was strange.

I walked to get my paycheck. I didn't want to pay the subway to get paid.

I thought I saw Jarrod on the way there. Then I saw Amanda and Jarrod on the way there. A block later. But this was the real thing.

I saw Heather on my way down Charles Street. I crossed paths with my roommate's subletter on the Common but she didn't see me.

Tom called out to me, stopped me. We talked. When I went to Student Services to pick up my paycheck, Shauna was working.

Darylle was on streaming radio this morning so I was thinking of her. I tried calling this afternoon, but she was in class. She called me later.

I walked home and made lunch. Later, I walked to Porter in hope of visiting Christie--ran into Ellen, whom I haven't seen in so very long. Christie wasn't at her work when I did get there. But the book i wanted to get as a present was there.

On my way back home I saw Amanda again.

And yet I feel the need for more human contact.
