Hi Joel,
The automatic refund you picked up recently needs to be returned to the student service center in the Little Building. If you have already deposited the $300 check, a payment for $300 will need to be made back to Emerson at your earliest convenience. Since you are not going to the LA program this summer, the $300 deposit will be forfeited.
